- Pay: $17-$20 Hourly
- Schedule: M-F 8:30AM-5:00PM
- Office Address: Role out of Allgheny office located @ 3201 N Randolph Street, Philadelphia PA 19140
- Requirement: Bilingual in English & Spanish required

- Review and assist with patient eligibility, enrollment and/or other insurance matters.
- Assist Business Development staff with eligibility related calls and/or administrative tasks.
- Answer all incoming telephone calls, retrieve all voice-mail messages, respond to inquiries and/or transfer the caller to the appropriate staff.
- Other related clerical duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 years of receptionist and/or secretarial and/or administrative experience required.
- Experience with patient Eligibility, Enrollment, and Authorizations strongly preferred
- Experience in Home Care preferred
- Bilingual in English & Spanish required
