This in-clinic role focuses on assisting patients with onboarding, program enrollment, and device distribution while working closely with clinical staff to ensure a smooth and positive patient experience. The ideal candidate is comfortable communicating with patients, organized, and able to support daily clinic operations in a professional healthcare environment. This position offers consistent part-time hours, on-the-job training, and hands-on experience in a growing healthcare program. It is well suited for candidates with medical assistant or healthcare experience who enjoy patient interaction and supporting clinical workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Calling patients to explain the CareGenix program
- Helping patients complete enrollment and required documentation, collecting, and reviewing basic medical history information.
- Issuing medical devices as needed to patients.
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients and families.
- Prioritize daily responsibilities while working independently.
- Provide excellence in patient care and customer service.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance at all times.
Qualifications:
- Active, Medical Assistant (MAs) license in good standing
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a clinical or patient-facing setting
- Superior verbal communication and active listening skills
- High proficiency in medical terminology
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills
- Professional phone etiquette and strong interpersonal abilities

Education:
- Certified and Active Medical Assistant License
