We are seeking someone with strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a passion for helping patients look and feel their best. The ideal candidate is confident in consultations, skilled in aesthetic treatments, and thrives in a collaborative, luxury wellness environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform cosmetic injectable treatments including neurotoxins and dermal fillers
- Conduct patient consultations and create customized treatment plans
- Educate patients on procedures, skincare, and post-treatment care
- Maintain accurate and compliant charting/documentation
- Build strong patient relationships and contribute to patient retention
- Assist in promoting services, memberships, and treatment plans
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in treatment rooms
Qualifications
- Current Arizona RN, NP, or PA license
- Previous aesthetic injecting experience preferred
- Experience with Botox, Dysport, Jeuveau, dermal fillers, and biostimulators preferred
- Experience with IV and GLP/Peptide therapies
- Strong sales and consultation skills
- Excellent communication and customer service
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
