What are the responsibilities and job description for the Qualified Professional R.N. position at Carefree Home Services?
Job Details:
- We are an established PCA/CFSS provider and are looking for a part time Qualified Professional/R.N. to supervise cares provided in our clients homes.
- Must be a Registered Nurse in Minnesota with a current license.
- Flexible schedule with all time and milage reimbursed.
- Must travel to clients homes and create care plans based on the counties assessment, all travel time is paid.
- Must ensure workers understand and are able to perform the duties required.
- This is a part time position with an average of 7 to 10 hrs per week.
Qualifications:
- Must have RN license.
- Must have some experience.
- Have good work ethics.
- Must be able to follow instructions.
- Must have current drivers license with good driving record.
- Must have 2 forms of ID (photo ID and SS card or Birth Certificate).
- Must pass the required MN DHS criminal background study that requires fingerprints and photo.
- Must successfully complete the online CFSS Q.P. Training, the Vulnerable Mandated Reporter Training that is required by MN DHS.
- Must be fluent English with speaking, understanding, reading and writing.
