What are the responsibilities and job description for the PCA position at Carefree Home Services?
We are a well-established PCA Agency that provides personal care to individuals with disabilities. Currently looking for a PCA to assist with activities of daily living in a home environment. Assisting with dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, laundry, mobility, and assisting with transfers and meal prep.
Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. Starting at 8 or 9 am to approximately 2 pm, these are somewhat flexible hours.

Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must have some experience.
- Have good work ethics.
- Must be able to follow instructions.
- Must have a current driver's license with a good driving record.
- Must have 2 forms of ID (photo ID and SS card or Birth Certificate).
- Must pass the required MN DHS criminal background study that requires fingerprints and photo.
- Must successfully complete the online CFSSPCA Training, the Vulnerable Mandated Reporter Training that is required by MN DHS.
- Must be Fluent in English with speaking, understanding, reading, and writing.
