- Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and contracts to accurately guide project execution.
- Manage subcontractor relationships, negotiate contracts, and oversee procurement processes utilizing Construction estimating tools like HeavyBid or equivalent.
- Monitor construction site activities to ensure safety protocols are followed and quality standards are maintained.
- Utilize software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Civil 3D, and Construction management software for documentation, communication, and progress tracking.
- Coordinate project teams across multiple disciplines including civil engineering, structural work, and site development to ensure seamless workflow.
- Track project progress through detailed scheduling and reporting; proactively address delays or issues to keep projects on track.
- Proven experience in construction management with a strong background in project scheduling and coordination.
- Proficiency in construction management software such as Primavera P6, ProCore, Bluebeam, Civil 3D, HeavyBid, and other relevant tools.
- Expertise in reading blueprints, schematics, and understanding technical drawings related to heavy civil or commercial construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of contracts administration and negotiation skills for subcontractor agreements.
