Job Summary
We're seeking a new part time team member to assist with customer service, cleaning, and potentially social media.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and direct customers
- Provide accurate information (product availability, flavors, pricing)
- Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services
- Ensure displays are fully stocked and stock is properly rotated
- Clean assigned areas of the store
- Inform customers about discounts and special offers
- Answer phone calls and emails
- Inventory management
- Stay up-to-date with new products/services
- Folding boxes
- Packaging custom orders
Requirements:
- Proven work experience working as a Retail Associate or a similar role
- Basic math skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to perform in fast-paced environments
- Ability to maintain a safe and inclusive work environment
- Understanding of social media (Instagram, facebook)
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
