Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Vice President of Operations at CareFirst Urgent Care, located in Cincinnati, Ohio. The Senior Vice President of Operations will oversee day-to-day business activities, including managing operations, optimizing processes, and driving overall organizational efficiency. Responsibilities include monitoring financial performance, developing and implementing strategic plans, leading project management initiatives, and ensuring exceptional customer service across all operational areas.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Operations Management and P&L Management to ensure efficient business processes and financial sustainability
- Strong skills in Strategic Planning and Project Management to drive organizational growth and operational improvements
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional Customer Service and build a patient-focused culture
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in healthcare or a similar industry is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus
