The Inquiry Management Analyst will support the review, analysis, and response to regulatory, executive, and customer inquiries to ensure compliance with state and federal requirements. The role will require gathering of information, performing basic analysis, and preparing simple responses while developing knowledge of regulatory requirements, internal controls, and business processes.
Essential Functions

Education Level: Bachelor's Degree OR in lieu of a Bachelor's degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the required work experience.
Experience: 3 years experience in a compliance, regulatory support, senior-level customer service, operations, or related analytical role.

Essential Functions
Inquiry Review and Response:
- Review and analyze inquiry data and documentation.
- Draft clear, accurate written responses to inquiries, data requests and legal subpoenas.
- Coordinate with internal business partners to obtain required information in a timely manner.
- Assist with the intake of inquiries by logging, categorizing, and routing incoming regulatory, executive, and customer inquiries in accordance with established procedures.
- Ensure inquiries are documented and tracked in accordance with established procedures.
- Perform basic data gathering, validation, and analysis related to inquiries and complaints.
- Identify trends or recurring issues and escalate as appropriate.
- Research internal policies, procedures, and applicable regulations to support inquiry resolution.
- Support reviews of business processes and systems to identify potential compliance gaps or risks.
- Assist with documenting findings, corrective actions, and process improvements.
- Participate in compliance or corrective action workgroups as assigned.
- Maintain professional and responsive communication with internal departments.
- Support interactions with external parties (e.g., regulators or other external customers) by preparing materials and responding to routine requests.
- Escalate complex or sensitive issues as appropriate.
- Maintain inquiry case files and databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Track deadlines and service level requirements to support timely responses.
- Assist with documentation preparation as needed.
