Job Summary
We're looking for a hands-on Network Services Technician to support and maintain enterprise LAN, WLAN, and WAN environments at our clients Miami headquarters. This role is responsible for network operations, troubleshooting, equipment deployment, service request management, and infrastructure projects that ensure reliable connectivity and business continuity across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide onsite support for LAN, WLAN, and WAN infrastructure.
- Manage incidents, requests, and network changes through Remedy.
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Cisco Meraki network equipment.
- Monitor network performance and respond to alerts and service disruptions.
- Support network deployments, upgrades, and infrastructure projects.
- Maintain network documentation, hardware inventory, and licensing records.
- Coordinate equipment replacements, RMAs, and vendor support activities.
- Assist with power outage recovery and business continuity efforts.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure uninterrupted network services.
- Support audiovisual and connectivity needs for meetings, events, and streaming activities.
- Experience supporting enterprise LAN, WLAN, and WAN environments.
- Hands-on experience with Cisco Meraki networking solutions.
- Experience using ITSM platforms, preferably Remedy.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced onsite environment.
- Professional proficiency in both English and Spanish.
- Work with enterprise-grade network technologies in a dynamic corporate environment.
