We’re seeking a hands-on Accounting Supervisor to join a dynamic, fast-growing company based in Miami, FL. You’ll play a key role in keeping the financial wheels turning smoothly with a strong focus on Accounts Payable and complex client invoicing. This is the perfect role for someone who loves diving into details, thrives under deadlines, and enjoys making processes better, faster, and smarter.
What You’ll Do
• Lead and assist in all things Accounts Payable – from vendor setup to invoice processing and payment runs.
• Oversee client invoicing and ensure every bill is spot-on and on time.
• Partner with Operations, Finance, and Commercial teams to solve discrepancies and streamline workflows.
• Review vendor statements, analyze data, and make sure nothing slips through the cracks.
• Keep compliance and accuracy front and center by maintaining strong internal controls.
• Identify opportunities to automate or enhance accounting processes – we love fresh ideas!

What You’ll Bring
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or CMA a plus).
• 5 years of progressive accounting experience with at least 3 years in AP leadership.
• Strong SAP experience – you’re the go-to person for all things SAP.
• Proven success managing high-volume, multi-entity payables.
• Solid understanding of U.S. GAAP and internal controls.
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and love for spreadsheets (especially Excel).
• Collaborative and clear communicator who enjoys problem-solving with others.
