We are looking for compassionate and dependable Home Health and Personal Care Aides to join our New York team. In this role you will work directly in clients' homes, helping them with daily activities, personal care, and companionship. This is meaningful, hands-on work that makes a real difference in someone's daily life.
We welcome candidates who already hold an HHA or PCA certificate as well as candidates who are willing to complete our paid certification training before starting.

What You Will Do
- Assist clients with personal care activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Help with mobility, transfers, and positioning as needed
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding when required
- Provide light housekeeping and laundry to maintain a safe and clean living environment
- Accompany clients to appointments or assist with errands
- Monitor and report changes in the client's condition or behavior to your care coordinator
- Provide companionship and emotional support as part of everyday care
- Maintain accurate care logs and documentation
- HHA or PCA certification preferred; we offer paid training for candidates willing to get certified
- Prior experience in home care, elder care, or personal care is a plus but not required
- Patient, reliable, and genuinely caring about the people you work with
- Comfortable working independently inside a client's home
- Able to follow care plans and communicate any concerns clearly
- Physically able to assist with mobility and transfers
- Valid New York state identification
