Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Unit Manager (RN or LPN) to lead a nursing unit and ensure the delivery of exceptional care. The ideal candidate is a strong clinical leader, organized, and passionate about improving patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the nursing unit, including staffing, scheduling, and resident care
• Supervise and mentor nursing staff, fostering a positive and professional work environment
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and company policies
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Monitor and maintain quality metrics, including infection control, safety, and resident satisfaction
• Provide direct patient care as needed

Qualifications:
• Current RN or LPN license in the state of Colorado
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
• Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care
