- Perform general building maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair, painting, janitorial, and limited grounds upkeep.
- Inspect buildings, including roofs and common areas regularly
- Ensure that job assignments and work orders are carried out promptly, efficiently, courteously, and in accordance with established procedures.
- Maintain the shop and storage areas in a clean, orderly, safe, and secure fashion.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, supplies, work orders, and report time and materials as required.
- Minimum qualifications: 1–2 years maintenance experience; knowledge of plumbing, electrical, lock systems, plaster/wall repair, painting; ability to prioritize and complete tasks independently; reliable transportation and valid driver’s license; effective verbal and written communication skills.
Requirements for Maintenance Supervisor:
- Must have Maintenance Supervisor experience
- EPA Certification preferred
- HVAC certified preferred
- Must possess a set of basic hand tools to use in performance of duties.
- Must have a good history of dependability and job performance.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in multifamily maintenance or construction as a technician is preferred.
- Must possess a current and valid Driver's License
