SUMMARY
Conducts outreach and assessment services for non-custodial parents where they live, work, and congregate. Develops and disseminates marketing materials. Plans, organizes, and implements outreach efforts to enhance marketing of CSH’s Non-Custodial Parent Employment Program (NCPEP). May participate in or be virtually or physically present for court hearings as permitted, to provide program information to non-custodial parents. Identifies and recruits eligible non-custodial parents (NCP). Adherence to all federal, state and local regulatory requirements is critical for each component of the duties and responsibilities listed below.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Develops and disseminates marketing materials specific to CSH’s NCPEP.
2. Plans, organizes, and implements outreach efforts to enhance marketing of CSH’s NCPEP.
3. Identifies and recruits eligible NCPs.
4. Interviews and assesses applicants, referencing program guidelines to determine need and eligibility for available services while focusing on the needs of the NCP. Assists with registering customers in the required computer data system(s).
5. Cultivates and develops community partnerships to expand public awareness and increase enrollments in CSH’s NCPEP. Deliver presentations and marketing materials to community partners.
6. Conducts outreach and assessment services for non-custodial parents where they live, work, and congregate.
7. Participates in and/or is physically or virtually present for court hearings as permitted, to provide program information to and encourage enrollment of NCPs.
8. Carries out the community-based recruitment activities and partnership development as outlined in CSH’s (NCP) Detailed Recruitment and Outreach Plan.
9. Maintains compliance with programmatic grant requirements. Assists with ensuring that all required customer file documentation is maintained in the case file and appropriate computer data system(s) and confidential information is safeguarded.
10. Maintains accurate activity records. Creates and generates reports specific to outreach and marketing activities as requested.
11. Conducts program-related orientations and informational sessions.
12. Promotes communication and contributes to the coordination of services provided throughout the regional Centers.
13. Attends educational training sessions and staff meetings to enhance skills and program development.
14. Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local policies, procedures and regulations.
15. Strives to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction among internal and external customers.
16. Assists with special projects and performs other duties as requested.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
· Associate’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred with one (1) year or more of outreach/marketing or community relations experience preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
· Knowledge of workforce development programs and services and related governmental regulations preferred.
· Experience with goal-setting and individual coaching preferred.
· Recruiting and marketing experience preferred.
· Customer service experience required.
· Computer literacy, including word processing and spreadsheet applications required.
· Frequent travel within the region may be required.
· Excellent organizational, time-management, oral and written communication skills.
· Florida Workforce Development Professional Tier One Certification or ability to obtain same within sixty days of hire.
· Completes required FL WINS training within 60 days of hire.
