What You'll Do
As a Quality Assurance Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring that every raw material and finished product meets WTI's rigorous quality and food safety standards. Working in our quality laboratory and manufacturing environment, you will help protect the integrity of products used by food manufacturers across North America.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, or a related scientific discipline
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with production and quality teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and a "can-do" mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Two or more years of laboratory or quality assurance experience in the food, ingredient, pharmaceutical, or related manufacturing industry

Work Environment
This position is primarily laboratory-based with routine interaction in our manufacturing facility.
- Monday-Friday schedule with occasional evenings or weekends
- Standing and walking as needed throughout the facility
- Laboratory and manufacturing environment
- Exposure to food ingredients, powders, and airborne particles
- Close attention to detail and accurate recordkeeping required
