- Lead portfolio planning, governance, and execution for Finance work streams within an enterprise SAP S/4
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives spanning Record-to-Report (R2R), Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Product Costing, FP&A, Tax, Treasury, and Consolidations.
- Develop and maintain integrated project plans, milestones, dependencies, risk registers, and executive-level reporting.
- Partner with Finance leadership, Enterprise Process Owners, SAP/IT teams, and System Integrators to align business priorities with technical delivery.
- Drive business readiness activities including change management, testing, training coordination, and adoption planning.
- Identify and mitigate program risks while ensuring governance standards and project deliverables are achieved.
- Prepare executive presentations and steering committee materials while providing visibility into program health, milestones, and key dependencies.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 8 years of project or program management experience, including 3-5 years supporting SAP ECC or SAP S/4
- Hands-on experience supporting enterprise Finance processes within SAP, including General Accounting (R2R), AP, AR, FP&A, Tax, Treasury, Product Costing, and Financial Consolidations.
- Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives involving Finance, IT, business stakeholders, and third-party implementation partners.
- Strong understanding of enterprise project governance, dependency management, risk mitigation, and business readiness.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.
- Experience working within large enterprise SAP transformation programs.
- Strong understanding of Finance operations and how Finance processes integrate across business functions.
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority while driving alignment across multiple work streams.
We're looking for a strategic Program Manager who can bridge the gap between Finance and Technology while leading complex SAP transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing executive stakeholders, navigating competing priorities, and ensuring Finance work streams remain on track throughout a large-scale enterprise transformation.
