Compensation And Benefits
- Uncapped commission structure with weekly pay
- Performance-based bonuses
- $3,000 Quick Start incentive (paid based on early performance milestones)
- Pre-qualified, pre-set appointments provided
- Access to optional training and ongoing support resources
- Attend in-home sales appointments with prospective customers
- Conduct product presentations and explain roofing solutions
- Evaluate customer needs and recommend appropriate products
- Use company tools to assist with measurements and estimates
- Manage sales pipeline and close deals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own schedule
- Availability to meet with customers during midday, evening, or weekends
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to travel locally to customer appointments
