Automotive Sales Consultant

Every Vehicle Goes Through
Full inspection & mechanical work
Interior & exterior restoration (paint, leather, dents)
Maintenance (oil, brakes, etc.)
Full detailing, paint correction, ceramic coating
We don’t compete by being the cheapest — we compete by being better.
What You’ll Do
Handle leads, calls, and appointments (CRM-based workflow)
Work showroom & walk-in customers
Present vehicles and run test drives
Assist with trade-in appraisals
Handoff to finance properly
Deliver vehicles and manage customer experience
Create daily content (stories, reels, customer deliveries)
What We’re Looking For
Spanish speaking (required)
Strong communication skills
Active on Instagram / TikTok
Able to bring your own traffic (on top of dealership leads)
Self-driven, competitive
Organized (CRM discipline is mandatory)
Compensation
Commission-based
Front-end commission
Back-end commission
Minimum per deal protection
Recoverable draw available
