Summary: The Senior Account Executive is a role within our Executive Benefits division that is responsible for the coordination and oversight of the client implementation process, working closely with our Account team to ensure a high level of customer service. The Senior Account Executive is responsible as well for working closely with insurance carriers and Relationship Managers.

Job Accountabilities:

  • Fosters relationships with and services corporate clients
    • Acts as main contact for corporate clients during and after the enrollment process
    • Collaborates with insurance carriers on all phases of enrollment implementation process to ensure the highest level of quality deliverables
    • Drives sales and pursues new business opportunities with existing corporate clients
    • Supports in new prospect sales process as needed
    • Works with corporate clients to secure the data and information necessary to prepare for enrollments
    • Attends Kick-Off and Progress meetings on assigned cases
    • Support all department processes that utilize our CRM for workflow management and all areas as it pertains to Executive Benefits, by leading by example and working closely with Operations Management as department co- champion
    • Answers questions and provides case support to our Relationship Managers and their Client Service Associates
    • Fosters strong relationships with our Relationship Managers, Client Service Associates, as well as other internal departments
    • Builds and maintains relationships with carrier and vendor partners, representing Lenox in a collaborative and professional manner
    • Collaborates with departmental leadership on strategic initiatives
    • Works on special ad hoc projects as assigned and contributes ideas for improvements in workflow processes 

 Education and/or Experience: 

  • BA/BS preferred
  • Typically more than 8 years industry and product line experience.
  • 8 years of health and welfare consulting experience required.

The base salary range for this position is $77,000.00 – $91,000.00. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
