Summary:
The RFP Specialist is responsible for playing an integral role in business development efforts by completing and reviewing RFPs, RFIs and requests for all aspects of Fiducient Advisors' business lines, including retirement plans, endowment/foundation, private wealth and financial institutions. In addition, this role will work in conjunction with others to help maintain our RFP content management system and review proposals from other colleagues.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to and manage RFPs, RFIs and other proposal requests for prospective and current clients from start to finish
- Customize documents reflecting responses to specific opportunities, including cover letters and executive summaries
- Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously to meet strict deadlines
- Collaborate with various departments throughout the firm to ensure proposals adhere to standards
- Maintain consistency and quality of language and data in the RFP database
Required Education, Professional & Technical Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years’ professional experience in RFP creation or writing
- Excellent writing, grammar and editing skills with strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated experience in customizing proposals to specific prospect requirements and guidelines
- Familiarity with investments (retirement plans, endowments and foundations) and/or previous work experience within the financial industry
- Ability to manage priorities with time restrictions
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite and Adobe Acrobat Pro
- RFP software experience is a plus

Work Environment & Travel Requirements:
- This role may travel up to 5% of the time for training and or business/events.
- This role offers a hybrid work model with three days in one of our professional office environments and two days remotely.
What We Offer:
We're proud to offer a competitive salary, PTO & paid holidays and 401(k) with match and more. The base salary range for this position is $73,000 – $90,000. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
