Job Purpose: Responsible for providing services to specific customers as outlined in the customer contract for services. Responsible for monitoring equipment installation/ service/removal as well as client communication to maintain services.
Essential Duties:
- Responsible for providing services to specific customers as outlined in the customer contract for services.
- Monitors equipment installation/service/removal as well as client communication to maintain services.
- Install, service, remove monitoring devices within the timeframe outlined in the contract for services
- Provide all additional services as outlined in the contract for services that may include:
- Maintain product inventory, clean and sanitize monitoring equipment
- Enter all essential data for monitoring purposes in each proprietary databases
- Income evaluation for placement on sliding fee scale
- Fee collections
- Management and daily distribution of fee collection reports
- Daily distribution of client violation reports
- Daily oversite of monitoring equipment performance
- Court Testimony
- Management of violation reporting protocols
- Customer training
- Contractor training
- Client training on use of equipment, care and charging instructions through an orientation
- Contractor scheduling
- Shipping and receiving devices as needed to remote locations
- Police reports for unreturned monitoring equipment
- Weekly data entry into Sales Force.
- Maintain a positive professional relationship with all involved agency staff
- Maintain a professional relationship with all clients specifically providing the required services as outlined in the agency contract for services
- Maintain a professional relationship with all staff and contracted labor
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Solid organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communications skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and an attention to detail.
- Comply with all company policy and procedures
- Understanding of Microsoft Office
- Prompt and punctual regular attendance to office schedule
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School education or equivalent.
- 0-2 years related experience

Physical Requirements:
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to: stand, sit, talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone, and a variety of office equipment.
- Occasionally, this position may need to reach, stoop, or kneel.
