🔍 What You’ll Do

• Generate and issue accurate customer invoices
• Manage the AR ledger and ensure payments are properly posted
• Follow up on outstanding invoices and resolve payment delays
• Apply payments and reconcile discrepancies
• Partner with sales, PMs, and customer service on billing issues
• Prepare aging reports, metrics, and collection updates
• Support month-end AR processes and reconciliations
• Maintain customer files per audit standards
• Assist with credit checks and recommendations
• Identify ways to improve AR processes and reduce DSO

📌 What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of AR experience (B2B or project-based preferred)
• Strong knowledge of billing, collections, and cash application
• Proficiency in accounting systems Excel
• Excellent communication & customer service mindset
• High accuracy, organization, and follow-through
• Ability to work independently and cross-functionally
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance preferred
