Onsite/hybrid in Chicago, Richardson or Naperville.
Job Purpose:
This position is responsible for creating business insights and analytics in support of the divisional projects; providing consultation to users while working with cross-functional teams to address data related inquires;
designing and producing datasets and reports for analysis using system reporting tools;
performing research and analyzing data related to the divisions strategic initiatives and broader research needs;
designing tableau dashboards for project needs;
identifying and interpreting trends and patterns in datasets to locate influences.
Required Job Qualifications:
* Bachelor Degree and 1 year of experience in data analysis and information reporting data OR 4 years experience in data analysis and information reporting data.
* Experience utilizing SQL language
* Experience in Tableau or Power BI (MUST BE ABLE TO SHOWCASE PORTFOLIO OF WORK)
* Communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences both in written and verbal form.
* Work with both internal and external data.
* Verify accuracy of reports and provide insights.
Job Purpose: This position supports analytical needs for the PEAQ project. He/she will work on various ad hoc reports for internal and external users of the data. They will work with cross functional teams to understand the data as well as produce dashboards related to PEAQ data. They will also take on delivery of reports to providers.
Job Responsibilities:
*Refresh and quality check
*Management and executing small and large audits for quality checks
*Small Batch generation of PDFs for small internal group audits
*Quality assurance for PPI PDF delivery (small audits and large audits)
*Management and detailed documentation of all team processes
*Ad hocs
