Job Title: Recruiter
Location: Oklahoma City, OK 73105
Duration: 3 Months (Possibilities of Extension)
Shift/Schedule: Days, 8 hour 5 days
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate recruitment activities for clinical, allied health, or other assigned lines of business.
- Collaborate with Senior and Associate Recruiters to fill open requisitions effectively and efficiently.
- Collect and process requisitions for new or vacant positions.
- Conduct strategy meetings with hiring managers to clarify expectations, processes, and updates.
- Create communication plans that support talent acquisition aligned with business objectives.
- Coordinate ad placement with internal and external partners.
- Identify and screen internal and external candidates; conduct interviews via phone, in-person, or virtual platforms.
- Develop and recommend job offer details, ensuring internal equity.
- Deliver and negotiate job offers or rejections.
- Participate actively in team meetings and professional development activities.
- Post jobs and utilize advanced sourcing techniques to identify active and passive candidates.
- Maintain applicant data including interviews, recommendations, and assessments.
- Attend or coordinate job fairs, conferences, on-campus events, and maintain rapport with professional associations.
- Utilize staffing agencies or external search firms when approved; serve as liaison between managers and agencies.
- Maintain accurate candidate status in the applicant tracking system to ensure compliance with policies and laws.
- Advise hiring managers and participate in selection decision-making.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Zero (0) – three (3) years of professional work experience.
- Requires a broad range of experience with recruiting multiple skill sets and job functions.
- Must be self-motivated and a self-starter who works well under pressure.
- Must be highly organized with demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage a high volume of requisitions.
- Requires superb communications skills, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Technologically savvy, including proficiency with MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Experience in recruitment.
- Requires familiarity with applicant tracking systems; experience with Workday.
Education (Required):
- Bachelor’s degree.
