Patient Services Representative II (PSR II)

• Perform accurate and timely blood specimen collection using venipuncture, capillary, and other approved collection techniques.
• Process and prepare specimens for laboratory testing following established clinical and forensic procedures.
• Verify patient demographics, labeling accuracy, and obtain patient confirmation/signatures post-collection.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA, safety, and company policies.
• Deliver excellent patient care by explaining procedures clearly and creating a professional, reassuring environment.
• Complete documentation, data entry, and record maintenance with high attention to accuracy.
• Support multiple Patient Service Center and in-office phlebotomy locations as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Collaborate effectively with supervisors, healthcare staff, and team members to ensure operational excellence.
