- Answer and manage incoming calls from members, providers, and others in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist in preparing medications (counting, labeling, and packaging) for pharmacist review and verification.
Licensure:
- Active Pharmacy Technician license (required).
Experience:
- At least 1 year of experience as a pharmacy technician or closely related role.
- At least 1 year of customer service experience in a call center or inbound call environment.
