Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure, deliver, and install PCs, peripherals, and corporate-standard software.
- Build, maintain, and update corporate images for laptops and desktops.
- Manage the return of leased computer equipment and coordinate disposal or donation of outdated assets.
- Provide input and recommendations to support management decisions on desktop, laptop, and peripheral selection.
- Maintain accurate inventory of computers and related components.
- Act as a backup to PC Support Specialists, delivering end-user support as needed under guidance.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in developing, implementing, and maintaining PC-related policies, procedures, and standards aligned with organizational goals and IT best practices.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in accordance with corporate standards.
Qualifications
Compliance Requirement:

Education:
- Associates degree in a computer sciencerelated field, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Microsoft certifications are a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of full-time professional experience in Information Technology.
- Strong understanding of computer hardware and software fundamentals.
