Job Summary:
- Customer Service Professional who handles incoming and/or outgoing calls.
- -Primary duties include answering questions, resolving complaints, and providing technical support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- -Other assignment as necessary.
- -Extensive phone experience and computer literate.
- -Strong verbal and written communication skills are crucial for interacting clearly and professionally with customers.
- -Active listening providing full attention to callers to understand their concerns and needs.
- -Effective problem-solving to analyze a situation, identify core issue and find effective solution.
- Minimum 1 year of Call Center experience
- Minimum 1 year of Payroll Timekeeping experience specifically within a call center environment
- 1 RECENT YEAR PAYROLL EXP - PAST CALL CENTER OR HIGH-VOLUME CALL EXP REQUIRED
- (Candidates without payroll experience clearly listed on their resume will be immediately rejected)
- Prior experience in a hospital setting
- Technical Skills:
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
