What are the responsibilities and job description for the Learning and Development Associate position at Careers Integrated Resources Inc?
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, pivot tables and Tableau experience is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Provide analysis of training status for Learning and Development department through use of Excel, Tableau and other internal training systems.
- Identify training concerns and attend team meetings to provide updates and obtain information.
- Escalate concerns about training.
- Support ongoing projects involving training curriculum modification.
- Collaborate with team members and other functional partners.
Comments/Special Instructions
- 40 hours per week, within the 8-5, M-F timeframe.
