Job Title: IT PMO Program / Product Lead – GSM ProcureSmart (Supplier Data Management)
Location: Client, NY / Charlotte, NC / Remote (EST hours, periodic onsite travel)
Contract duration: 6 months of contract possibility of extension
Employment: Full-time (40 hrs/wk, Mon–Fri 8-5, flexible for global teams)
Travel: Up to 25% (~1 week/month in Charlotte, NC)
Role Summary:
Senior IT PMO Program / Product Lead acting as Agile Product Delivery Lead Scrum Master for ProcureSmart Supplier Data Management. End-to-end delivery across: supplier onboarding, data governance, integrations, data migration, operational readiness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Agile Delivery: Lead Scrum ceremonies (planning, backlog, reviews, retrospectives); align with Product Owners and IT PMO governance.
- Governance: Ensure quality, audit, regulatory compliance; maintain Project Quality Plan; align with StageGate; partner on data validation, fraud prevention, ERP compliance.
- Supplier Data & Procurement: Lead onboarding, lifecycle, banking validation, fraud prevention, risk management, 360° view; integrate D&B, Everstream; use ServiceNow; support SAP Ariba.
- Vendor/Tool Selection: Gather requirements, evaluate vendors; coordinate with Architecture, Security, Data Privacy; manage vendor delivery.
- MDG & ERP Integration: Integrate MDG, SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, PeopleSoft; ensure data mapping, API integrations, accurate data flow.
- Data Migration: Manage migration, cleansing, deduplication, harmonization; support legacy retrofitting.
- Financial Management: Budget, forecast, track CapEx/OpEx; secure approvals; ensure transparency.
- Governance & Stakeholders: Manage workstreams; provide exec reporting (progress, risks, financials); present to steering committees.
- Operational Readiness: Lead change management, go-live, post-live support; ensure knowledge transfer and transition to operations.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 7 years IT Project/Program Management (Procurement domain) with Supplier Data Management or P2P, Agile in enterprise PMO, ERP integrations (SAP, PeopleSoft).
- Certifications (mandatory): CSM or PMI-ACP (include details on resume).
Preferred
- GSM, MDG/Data Governance, regulated environments, large global orgs. Preferred cert: PMP.
