Pay range: $74/hr. on W2

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based primary and family care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and health management
- Develop and implement comprehensive care plans, including health counseling and disposition planning
- Manage patient appointments and perform routine examinations to support positive health outcomes
- Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests to identify and treat medical conditions
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated, high-quality care
- Educate patients on healthy lifestyle choices, preventive care, and chronic disease management
- Encourage patient participation in their own health and wellness through screenings and behavioral health support
- Perform administrative duties including clinic opening/closing, inventory management, patient follow-ups, insurance verification, and payment collection
Required Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree from an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner program
- Current National Board Certification as a Nurse Practitioner
- Active state license to practice as an Advanced Practice Nurse
- Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and patient management skills
- Excellent communication (verbal, written, and electronic) and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment
- Proficiency with healthcare technology and electronic medical records
Preferred Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of recent experience in primary care or family medicine as a Nurse Practitioner
- Experience managing chronic disease conditions and quality measures
- Completion of a primary care training program (if applicable)
