8 years in enterprise architecture, with at least 3 years in healthcare or health insurance
Strong understanding of EHB/non-EHB plan structures, and group insurance quoting workflows
Experience with quoting platforms
Familiarity with broker workflows, benefit configuration, and plan comparison tools
