Duties:
**Hard Requirements**
High school diploma or equivalent
Must be able to start the role ONSITE for training purposes and then will transition to a remote/hybrid model
The Contract Coordinator will support and coordinate all aspects of contract development, execution, and tracking including drafting contracts, as necessary. Work with Utilization Management in preparing and negotiating Letter of Agreements within cost targets. Work with Network Development Specialists in tracking and prioritizing contracts. Interface with physicians, physician offices, and internal departments to ensure timely execution of contracts and notification to internal departments of reimbursement terms.
Skills:
Assist Contracting Manager and Director in preparing contract documents.
Run reports and analysis.
Secure signature from all parties including Provider, Director and Senior Management.
Send executed agreements to Provider.
Provide contract detail information (i.e., reimbursement page) to appropriate departments, including Directory Support and Provider Portal Analyst.
Set up and manage tracking of contracts through each stage of the contract process.
Management of all contract elements and files.
Negotiate, within cost targets, and track Letter of Agreements
Ensure provider contract files are complete and current.
Support credentialing process as needed.
Inform key internal departments of new contract terms i.e. CAP and FFS rates
