We are seeking Customer Support Specialists to provide exceptional service to our customers across multiple channels. This role involves handling customer account details and sensitive information. A background check is required for all support positions.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone professionally
• Troubleshoot issues and provide accurate resolutions in a timely manner
• Document all interactions and escalate unresolved cases appropriately
• Maintain a thorough understanding of products and services
• Meet daily case resolution and satisfaction targets

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
