About the Role
We are looking for experienced Legal agency recruiters who want to step into a high performing space with real leadership progression. You will take ownership of your market, build long term relationships and shape the growth of the team.
Please note: Agency recruitment experience is required. No in house or talent acquisition backgrounds for this one.
What You Will Be Doing
• Running a full 360 legal recruitment desk
• Partnering with law firms and legal bodies across the USA and internationally
• Sourcing, managing and placing top legal talent
• Driving new business opportunities and growing your own desk
• Progressing into leadership with mentorship and the chance to build your own team
What We Are Looking For
✔ At least 2 years in an agency recruitment environment
✔ Experience within Legal, Professional Services or similar specialist markets
✔ Confident with business development and client management
✔ Ambitious, commercially minded and ready to step up
