- Career Framework Project: Assist in the development of standardize job descriptions to create clear, concise, and well-structured descriptions that align with consistent career framework across the company allow for the attraction of top talent.
- Market Research: Analyze compensation data to ensure our pay structures remain competitive and aligned with industry trends. Assist in developing salary ranges for international locations.
- Wellness & Engagement: Provide support and research to assist in the development of a communications strategy to support a culture of health and wellness.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Use excel and other tools to prepare, analyze, and present findings for compensation and benefit projects.
- Perform other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
- Enrolled in a university or college program at junior or senior level, preferred course of study to include Human Resources, Business Management, or related field
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 Preferred
- Prior internship or relevant work experience is a plus
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting ideas, points of view and recommendations to management.
- Good analytical and evaluation skills.
- Project management skills a plus.
- Ability to maintain confidential information is a requirement.
