Position Description:

• Deliver individualized therapy to families in home, school, and community settings, using a strengths-based, solution-focused approach
• Engage family members in therapy and support their involvement in the treatment process, emphasizing communication, problem-solving, and positive parenting techniques
• Collaborate with schools, community organizations, and other service providers to ensure coordinated care and support for clients
• Provide crisis intervention and support to families dealing with immediate issues or emergencies, while ensuring safety and stability
• Be an integral part of a team-orientated environment
• Participate in initial and ongoing training, supervision, and team case staffing

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

• Candidates possessing a Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology or a closely related field
• Salary range for this educational level is $51,993 - $63,335 and is commensurate with credentials held and experience
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with youth and families
• Good communication skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate effectively with individuals and families
