We’re looking for: 

• Polished portfolio showcasing your creative design skills across print and digital mediums
• Solid understanding of corporate brand guidelines and the ability to bring a creative edge to projects while working within the standards 
• Strong typography and layout skills in both print and digital mediums
• Advanced proficiency in the latest version of Adobe Creative Cloud: primarily InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and CC Libraries
• Proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, or other video editing software
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Proficiency in designing email campaigns in Mailchimp or similar
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, WordPress, and Squarespace
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations or any other related field required 
• 6 years of related experience
• Background in the architectural or another design field is a plus

Salary Range Information

We additionally review our pay practices, conduct pay equity audits, and ensure our managers are trained in our pay practices on an annual basis. At the time of posting this job advertisement, commensurate with qualifications, the annual pay salary range for this position in Bainbridge Island is between $88,400– $117,800.
