Job Description:

Falcon is looking to add General Help to our Metal Shop team

The right candidate will have an opportunity to learn from experienced operators on machines such as CNC Punch Press, Laser Cutters, Spot Welding, Welders and Press Brakes, wire bender, Pemserter, manual drill press, manual lathe, and manual milling machine.

Responsibilities:

• Load and unload materials
• Assist other employees or machine centers as needed 
• Maintain work area
• May perform other related duties or work at a different workstation as production needs require

· Ability to work independently and in a team environment

· Ability to meet productivity standards, completing work in a timely manner

· Ability to thrive in an evolving, fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

· Dependable

· Energetic and eager to learn 

Physical Requirements:

· Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 75 pounds

· Ability to sit, walk and stand for long shifts (up to 10 hours)

· Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)

· Ability to work in noisy environment, varying temperatures  

Bonus Points:

· Experience in metal shop production

· Basic Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook)

· Basic knowledge of equipment and ability to read blueprints is a plus.

Schedule: Monday to Friday from 6:00am to 2:30pm

Overtime as needed
