Located at our beautiful office space in Plano Texas; the Inside Sales team will have an amazing environment to work in and all key resources necessary be successful.
The Inside Sales Manager will be responsible for maintaining relationships and growing wallet share with existing Crestron dealers. Additionally, Inside Sales will work closely with the field organization to collaborate and execute sales strategies that provide revenue lift within the assigned territory.
Responsibilities
Maintain productive relationships and grow wallet share with existing Crestron dealers.
Work closely with the field sales managers to execute sales strategies that provide revenue growth within the assigned territory
Explain technical, industry, and market facts to position Crestron as a competitive solution.
Learn the full range of Crestron technology, products, and services to articulate to dealers how these products and services align to their customer needs.
Track daily key activities within Crestron Salesforce CRM, providing detailed funnel notes
Provide virtual demos and training on Crestron products
Promote Crestron Electronics’ brand with the highest integrity, via education, service and support
Qualifications
A minimum of 3 years of successful sales experience in the Commercial AV or Network/IT marketplace, with a focus on consultative, solutions and relationship selling
Must have strong relationship management skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts
Excellent over-the-phone communication skills.
Must have demonstrated negotiation skills and be a strong closer
The ability to work independently with little supervision.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Excellent computer skills, including a strong familiarity with the Microsoft Platform
Understanding of reseller and channel business models and how they interact with manufactures.
Experience with CRM software, Salesforce experience - a plus.
Demonstrates good judgment in analyzing information to make routine decisions.
College Degree --preferred.
Able to be onsite 100% at Crestron office location in Plano, Texas.
