Responsibilities Include:- Maintaining client relationships, responding to RFPs, providing budgeting and cost estimates
- Managing projects where our client is the prime / GC or subcontractor
- Overseeing work from inception to completion
- Reviewing contracts, drawings, and specifications for consistency and completeness
- Identifying, estimating, and tracking change orders
- Providing accurate cost projections to accounting
- Communicating project's P&L information to executive leadership
- Assisting in the preparation of project schedules
- Updating and managing project data files
- Processing and tracking submittals, RFIs, and project documents
- Communicating with GCs, Design Team, and Owners
- Working with warehouse/purchasing department to coordinate site setup and logistics
- Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of construction management-related experience
- Demonstrated experience managing commercial and industrial mechanical projects
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Business Management preferred

Salary : $90,000 - $130,000
