Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the manufacturing division to meet and exceed sales and gross margin goals.
- Procure wood and lumber products from mills and direct suppliers for remanufacturing purposes.
- Develop and manage storage facilities to support product fulfillment in the South Sound region, ensuring high utilization rates.
- Track inventory, logistics, and margins through ERP software and ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- Design and implement product and service strategies to achieve differentiation and competitive advantage in the market.
- Build and maintain customer relationships while expanding sales channels through proactive outreach.
- Monitor account profitability and customer satisfaction, addressing concerns promptly.
- Improve manufacturing operations by enhancing processes, reducing waste, and optimizing costs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services.
- Provide updates on progress and activities to corporate leadership.
