Responsibilities- Prospect and develop new commercial lines business through self-directed outreach and relationship-building
- Cross-sell personal lines products into existing and new commercial accounts
- Manage and grow a personal book of business with full ownership rights
- Collaborate with a dedicated in-house service team of account managers to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Operate with an entrepreneurial mindset, functioning effectively as an independent contractor
- Maintain consistent activity and production during the 1-year validation period and beyond
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license required
- Experience in commercial lines insurance sales, personal lines, or both is strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to prospect and develop new client relationships independently
- Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort operating as an independent contractor
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work in a hybrid remote environment (1–2 days in office per week), with potential to transition to fully remote
- Self-motivated with the discipline to manage a personal pipeline and drive consistent production
- 50/50 commission split on all new business and referrals — no minimum premium threshold
- Producer retains full ownership of their book of business
- 1-year validation period
