RNs and LPNs - Full Time - All Shifts

Up to $5,000 sign on bonus (half paid at 6 months and half paid at 1 year)

Qualifications:

• Active Pennsylvania RN or LPN license in good standing
• Current BLS (AHA) certification (required upon hire and maintained throughout employment)

Responsibilities include:

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Assist with resident admissions, transfers, and discharges
• Document care accurately and in a timely manner
• Follow infection control standards and facility policies
• Collaborate with physicians on care plans and updates
• Implement and monitor individualized plans of care
• Maintain resident privacy and confidentiality
• Supervise nursing assistants to ensure quality personal care
• Communicate effectively with physicians, residents, families, and care teams
• Provide patient and family education, including discharge planning
• Ensure continuity of care through clear shift-to-shift reporting
• Respond promptly to resident needs
