About the Role
As Territory President, you will lead a local team delivering essential services including grounds maintenance, lawn care, irrigation, turf management, seasonal color installations, and snow and ice management for commercial accounts.
Responsibilities
- Lead all operations using a comprehensive, proven playbook developed over 35 years
- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing field and support team
- Own your P&L, including revenue, expenses, pricing, and growth
- Execute local marketing and commercial client acquisition strategies
- Build relationships with local businesses and property managers to drive recurring contracts
