We’re partnering with a private equity–backed leader in the aesthetics industry that’s redefining the patient experience across a rapidly expanding, multi-site platform. The company is scaling fast—and we’re looking for a Director of Digital Marketing to take digital strategy, performance marketing, and analytics to the next level.
The Opportunity
This is a pivotal role for an experienced digital marketing leader who can turn insights into action. You’ll own the full digital ecosystem—SEO, paid search, analytics, and agency management—driving measurable growth in patient acquisition, retention, and brand visibility.
What You’ll Do
- Lead all digital marketing efforts across web, search, paid media, and analytics to accelerate new patient growth and brand reach.
- Manage and optimize performance across Paid Search (SEM/PPC), SEO, and social channels to maximize ROI.
- Oversee and elevate agency relationships—ensuring alignment, accountability, and data-backed performance.
- Build and refine dashboards and analytics that inform decisions and drive action.
- Partner cross-functionally with operations and local marketing teams to support the unique needs of each clinic and market.
- Continuously test, learn, and innovate within a performance-focused, entrepreneurial environment.
What You Bring
- 5 years of digital marketing experience with strong expertise in paid media, SEO, and data analytics.
- Proven success in a multi-site healthcare, wellness, or consumer services environment (or comparable B2C growth context).
- Demonstrated ability to lead external agencies, manage budgets, and translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Analytical mindset with hands-on experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, Tag Manager, and related tools.
- A blend of strategic vision and hands-on execution—comfortable rolling up your sleeves in a growth-stage business.
