Physical Therapist – Outpatient
Full-time | Northborough, MA | $5,000 Sign-on Bonus
Overview:
A thriving outpatient orthopedic clinic in Northborough, MA is seeking a Physical Therapist to join a collaborative, supportive team. Full-time preferred (40 hrs/wk), but clinicians available for at least 32 hours/week will also be considered. New grads are encouraged and will receive mentorship and hands-on training.
Caseload / Patient Population:
General orthopedic and pelvic health caseloads
Flexible structure: 100% pelvic health or a mix of pelvic health and orthopedics
1:1, 40-minute treatment sessions
Opportunities to develop specialties and pursue advanced certifications
Compensation & Benefits:
$80,000–$110,000/year depending on experience

Schedule:
Monday–Thursday: 7:00 AM–7:00 PM
Friday: 7:00 AM–3:40 PM
No weekends or major holidays
Flexible schedule with early and late shifts as needed
Requirements:
Eligible for MA state licensure as a Physical Therapist
Prior outpatient ortho experience preferred
Full-time preferred; 32-hour candidates considered
Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S.
