Overview:
Mitchell Holistic Health, a growing outpatient orthopedic clinic in Onalaska, WI, is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist (40 hours/week). We are looking for someone personable, collaborative, and confident in communication. New graduate PTs are encouraged to apply. Flexible scheduling is offered.
Caseload / Patient Population:
Dynamic outpatient orthopedic clinic treating patients of all ages
Caseload includes general orthopedics and pelvic health, with a focus on spine, extremities, and chronic pain
Full-time PTs typically see 33–34 patients per week, allowing for quality care and manageable pacing
Compensation and Benefits:
$85,000–$105,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications

Work Schedule:
Monday–Thursday: 7 a.m.–6 p.m., Friday: 8 a.m.–12 p.m.

Job Requirements:
Eligible for Wisconsin state licensure as a Physical Therapist
Pelvic health experience preferred or strong interest in learning
Dry needling certification or willingness to learn (bonus if exploring McKenzie or pelvic health certification)
New graduate PTs encouraged to apply
Full-time, 40 hours/week required
Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
