Overview:
Full Strength Physical Therapy is now hiring a full-time Physical Therapist for an Outpatient Orthopedic / Sports position in Springfield, VA.
Physical Therapists at Full Strength Physical Therapy use manual therapy and functional exercise to help patients achieve their goals. This privately owned practice has a strong team-based culture with an emphasis on mentorship and training to facilitate personal and professional growth.
Caseload/Patient Population:
The caseload is a mix of general orthopedics (70%) and sports (30%) for all ages. The PT hired will see 11-12 patients per day. Our patient care model includes a 30-minute 1-on-1 with the clinician, followed by 30 minutes of exercise supervised by techs in our clinic.
Work Schedule:
The clinic is open Monday through Friday. The clinic hours are: Monday - Thursday 7am-7pm, Friday 7am-3:30pm.
No weekends or major holidays are required. Enjoy an excellent work/life balance!
Compensation:
Physical Therapists are paid a competitive salary range and typically earn between $90,000-$105,000 per year based on experience and productivity.
Benefits:
Medical, dental, and vision insurance: the clinic pays 90% of the premium for employees and 50% for dependents. Eligibility starts on the first of the month after the start date.
401k with 100% match up to 4% of gross salary. Eligibility starts after 1 year of employment.

50% of APTA dues.

Job Requirements:
Graduation as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (or equivalent standing).
Eligible for or currently licensed in Virginia as a Physical Therapist.
2 years of outpatient experience is required.
Full-time is required.
